Fr James founded Divine Renovation - a worldwide ministry (with national offices in Canada, the UK, the US, Australia, and Germany) focused on parish renewal by helping parishes move from maintenance to mission. He has served on the world board of Alpha and has been a trailblazer in the Alpha in the Catholic Context movement. He is an in-demand speaker worldwide.
